API

The Application Programming Interface is a REST/JSON based webservice. It gives access to configuration of the entire platform or as much as the users access level will permit.

All web frontends to Telecom X use this API.

Realtime API

The realtime API enables you to subscribe to events and have them pushed to your client (webpage, Android, IOS, Windows or desktop) in realtime.

The events include:

Configuration events: create, update, delete, enable, disable
Call events: start, answer, end
PBX events: start, answer, hold, end, transfer, variables etc
