Introduction

This request will manually assign a danish phone number to a telecom operator.

Access level	RESELLER_ADMIN with PORTING feature. ADMIN.
Param	NUMBER	8 digit phone number to assign (may also be prefixed with +45).
Query	operator	Operators CPS code - 5 characters. The operator to assign the number to.
