Introduction

This request will delete an action that was queued to be performed on an STB device.

Access level	MANAGER or OWNER if customer has feature IPTVBUSINESS RESELLER if customer has IPTVBUSINESS or IPTVPRIVATE ADMIN
Params	DEVICE_ID	Id of the device to perform the action on.
Params	ACTION_ID	Id	Id of the action to remove.
