Downloads a PBX backup that is stored on the file server.
The API responds with a 302 redirect to the file on the file server - the file is never proxied through the API server. The redirect URL has the form https://doc.telecomx.dk/<fileId>/<name>.zip?token=<users-token> and the file server authorizes the download with the users token through its auth callback.
