Introduction

This request will delete an existing channel.

A channel can only be deleted if no packages is using it.

Access level	MANAGER or OWNER if customer has feature IPTVBUSINESS RESELLER if customer has IPTVBUSINESS or IPTVPRIVATE ADMIN
Params	CHANNEL_ID	Id of the channel to delete.
