API : Number

List	List of phone numbers.
Get	Get a phone number.
Create	Import new number or range.
Update	Update a phone number.
Delete	Remove a phone number or range.
Split	Split a range of numbers into multiple smaller ranges.
Combine	Combine numbers into a range.
Pre-reserve	Pre reserve number(s) for a potential customer.
Assign	Assign and purchase number(s) for a customer without using them yet.
Close	Close a number that the customer no longer needs.

About numbers

Numbers exists from the moment they are part of an in-porting until they are out-ported.
Numbers exists forever if they are part of a range that belongs to Telecom X.
Numbers can be part of a series, series can only be split by an ADMIN.
MVNO numbers can also be part of a series (for sales/grouping purpose). After assigning to a customer they needs to be split up into single numbers before they can be used for MVNO accounts.
Numbers can be pre-reserved by a RESELLER for 14 days, after which they will expire.
Numbers should not be purchased by updating numbers, they should be purchased by just adding them to a SIP or MVNO account.
