API : PBX : Conference Unlock

Introduction

This request will unlock the conference, so that callers may enter the conference.

Access level	MANAGER or OWNER if user belongs to the customer who owns it. RESELLER if customer belongs to the reseller. ADMIN.
params	CONFERENCE_ID	Id	Id of the conference.
