API : ZeroTier : Create network

Introduction

This API will return a new network

URL	https://api.telecomx.dk/zerotier/network
Method	POST
Access level	MAMAGER or OWNER that belongs to the customer RESELLER, RESELLER_ADMIN for the customer or ADMIN
Body	name	String	Name of the network.
Body	customer	Id	Id of customer, defaults to users own customer.
