PBX star codes
The * menus are for performing actions on the extension that the used device belongs to, or to add/remove a device to an extension.
All menus has shortcuts, so that * = main menu, *1 = voicemail menu, *11 = listen and so on.
Not in call functions
Enter menu
In the main IVR menu the user is guided though voice prompts each step of the way.

Voicemail
Allows the user to manage her voicemails.

Redirect
Redirection allows you to say, that if a call enters this or another extension, then redirect the call to another extension or external number. It can be done on the devices own extension or on another extension using the master pin.

Start greeting
All Dial plan items, may have an optional greeting that is played back before the dial plan item is entered. This enables the user to change that greeting or to remove it.

Number presentation (not yet implemented)
Gives the user access to select which phone number to present or not - when dialing out. |

Queues
Allows the user to join/leave a queue.

Group actions (pickup/steal/spy)
This is used to either:
- Pickup a call from a ringing phone or group
- Takeover an ongoing call from an extension
- Listen in on an ongoing call on an extension (training mode)
Permissions as to who can pick and listen and from who and how - are controlled by PbxGroups.

AD-Hoc meeting (not yet implemented)
Used to create a quick ad-hoc meeting. A conference is created and each additional extension is called and joined to the conference when/if answered.

Presence
Used to set the presence state of the user.

Hotdesk / add/remove device (not yet implemented)
This is used to add a device to an extension or remove it from an extension.
When adding a device to a an extension that already has devices and belongs to a user, only that users pin or the master pin may add the device. |

Move call
This is used when you have multiple devices on the same extension and want to transfer an ongoing call from the current device to another device. e.g. to move a call from a mobile phone to a desk phone when arriving at the office.
